The season of Hanukkah is here, as well as the close of an earth-shattering year. Hanukkah begins at sundown on December 10, 2020 and lasts until December 18.

2020 has been a year full of stress, stress and more stress! Covid-19 has wreaked havoc on our way of life as well as our economy. Life came to a standstill for many months and continues to be in a state of limbo for many people around the world. In this blog I will show you the amazing symbolism of Hanukkah, but I will also show you how it applies to what we are facing right now in the world. I will go into great detail about the Covid-19 agenda and vaccine so I can show you how the story of Hanukkah foreshadows the dire situation we are facing. It’s important that we see the biblical symbolism first so we can discern the signs of the times. We can also gain wisdom for how to respond to an agenda of darkness.

Hanukkah is the Season of Light

As Hanukkah arrives, there is much hope we can cling to. After all, the season of Hanukkah is the season of light. The candles of the menorah will be lit on each night of Hanukkah, which lasts for 8 days. Each candle being lit reminds us of an eternal truth: Jesus is the Light of the World.

At this time of year both Christmas and Hanukkah are celebrated. Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus, while the Jewish people celebrate the miracle of lights that happened when the Temple was restored. These two celebrations are closely related because Jesus is actually the fulfillment of Hanukkah. Jesus was born into the world to be the Light of the World. Jesus is also the Living Temple who cleanses us from all unrighteousness.

The celebration of Hanukkah centers around the restoration of the Temple after it was desecrated by an evil Greek ruler known as Antiochus Epiphanes. This wicked ruler forced the Jews to assimilate into Greek culture and forbid the worship of God. Antiochus considered himself like God and he enacted penalties for anyone who refused to worship Greek gods. This worship included practices that violated God’s laws such as homosexuality, naked wrestling and dressing in a seductive manner.

The wickedness of Antiochus knew no bounds. He forbid circumcision and keeping the Sabbath. He required Jews to eat pork and sacrifice pigs to Greek gods. It became a crime to read and teach the Word of God from the Torah scrolls. Jewish brides were forced to have sex with Greek officers before they could be married.

Among the Jews a great revolt broke out. Years of fighting took place and many lives were lost. Antiochus and his soldiers persecuted the Jews and sought to destroy their lives. As a final blow to the Jews and their worship of God, Antiochus had a pig sacrificed in their Holy Temple. He also had pagan altars erected. These acts desecrated the Temple, preventing the Jews from worshipping there.

A darkness had invaded Israel. It threatened to snuff out the light. But there was hope.

The people of God would not let darkness win. Three years of fighting ensued. The Hasmonean Jews, led by the Maccabees, were eventually able to drive out Antiochus’ army. There was victory over darkness, but in order to restore light, the worship of God needed to be brought back. The Temple needed cleansing so God’s presence could dwell there. One of the things that needed to be done is to light the Temple Menorah- also known as the lamp stand. This lamp stand would symbolize the light of God returning to their presence.

And here’s where the miracle of lights comes in.

When they went to search for oil to use in the menorah they were only able to find a small pitcher. Keep in mind that they couldn’t use just any oil. They needed pure olive oil that was consecrated by the High Priest. Even though there was only enough oil to last one day, they went ahead and lit the menorah. To their amazement, the small amount of oil lasted for eight days.

Below is a description of what happened according to rabbinical tradition:

“When the rule of the Hasmoneans prevailed and they defeated the Hellenes (Greeks), they searched and finally found a tiny pitcher of oil which bore the seal of the High Priest. In it was enough oil to last no more than one day. And a miracle occurred- it endured for eight days! For this reason a period of eight days was marked off for thanksgiving and praise.”

The story of Hanukkah is the story of being delivered from the darkness. It’s a foreshadowing of Jesus.

Jesus came to this world to deliver it from darkness. He is the consecrated olive oil that fuels the menorah. Those who embrace Jesus as their Savior also receive the Holy Spirit, which is likened to the oil of this golden lamp stand.

God gave specific instructions regarding the menorah or lamp stand as seen in Exodus 25:

“Make a lampstand of pure gold. Hammer out its base and shaft, and make its flowerlike cups, buds and blossoms of one piece with them. Six branches are to extend from the sides of the lampstand—three on one side and three on the other. Three cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms are to be on one branch, three on the next branch, and the same for all six branches extending from the lampstand.  And on the lampstand there are to be four cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms. One bud shall be under the first pair of branches extending from the lampstand, a second bud under the second pair, and a third bud under the third pair—six branches in all.  The buds and branches shall all be of one piece with the lampstand, hammered out of pure gold.

“Then make its seven lamps and set them up on it so that they light the space in front of it.  Its wick trimmers and trays are to be of pure gold. A talent of pure gold is to be used for the lampstand and all these accessories. See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”

Like the lamp stand, Jesus was hammered and beaten. The “Light of the World” gave his life on the cross so believers would be given access to this marvelous light. Gold is the most precious element on earth and the Temple menorah had to be made of pure gold. Jesus, of course, is the most valuable element in our lives. He is pure, holy and irreplaceable.

This lamp stand consisted of seven branches that resembled a tree. Each branch contained a candle that radiated light. The number of branches is seven and this is God’s number of perfection and completion. The light bursting forth from the pure gold menorah is a reminder that the light dwells among us- through Jesus Christ. Of course Jesus is also referred to as The Branch when we look at scripture.

“There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse,
And a Branch shall grow out of his roots,” Isaiah 11:1.

“Then speak to him, saying, Thus says the LORD of hosts, saying: 
‘Behold, the Man whose name is the BRANCH! 
From His place He shall branch out, 
And He shall build the temple of the LORD,” Zechariah 6:12.

“‘Behold, the days are coming,’ says the LORD, 
‘That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; 
A King shall reign and prosper, 
And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth,'” Jeremiah 23:5.

“In those days and at that time 
I will cause to grow up to David 
A Branch of righteousness; 
He shall execute judgment and righteousness in the earth,” Jeremiah 33:15.

Jesus is the Branch from Nazareth

Jesus is actually from the town of Nazareth and this points to him being the Branch.

“And he went and lived in a city called Nazareth, so that what was spoken by the prophets might be fulfilled, that he would be called a Nazarene,” Matthew 2:23.

This is no small detail to consider because the word branch in Hebrew is netzer. The word Nazareth comes from this same root word for branch.

John 1:46 says, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?”

Why would such a question be asked?

Nazareth was a small farming village with little to offer according to the rest of the world. In fact, it was a place others frowned upon. No one would ever expect the Messiah to live in such a forgettable place.

Of course, the town itself reminds us that Jesus would come to earth as a humble servant, but at the same time he was a valiant King.

John 19:19 bears an important message:

“Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: Jesus of Nazareth, the King of the Jews.” 

The fact that the words Jesus of Nazareth were written on the sign and it was affixed to the cross tells us just how important it is to remember HE IS THE BRANCH. HE IS THE MENORAH. HE IS THE LIGHT. HE IS THE KING.

The menorah itself bears this mark of a servant because the candle that lights all the others is called the shamash. This candle is situated in the center of the menorah. Three branches radiated from each side of the shamash for a total of six. The number six points to man because he was created on the sixth day. The servant candle (the 7th) is used to light these other candles. This is a picture of Jesus, who came as a servant to bring the light to man. He came to earth not as a prestigious, rich king, but as a humble servant (shamash) from humble Nazareth. He is the branch that supports all the others.

The Hanukkiah Menorah

Unlike the traditional menorah that has seven branches, the Hanukkiah menorah has eight branches with a ninth branch to light the others. The Hanukkiah is used to commemorate the miracle of lights that happened when the Temple was rededicated. Remember there was only enough oil for one day, but it lasted for eight. This is also a picture of Jesus because the number eight in biblical symbolism means new beginnings. Circumcision takes place on the eighth day. This points to circumcision of the heart which can only take place with the Holy Spirit. The eight candles point to a new beginning that is only possible through Jesus. Also, the earth was created in six days with God resting on the seventh. The number eight comes after seven. This points to the future restoration of the earth through the rule and reign of Jesus Christ.

The eight candles of the Hanukkiah are lit by the ninth (center) candle, which is the shamash or servant candle. This servant candle is the ninth candle. We know that Jesus died at the ninth hour on Passover. His sacrifice as a humble servant is what made this glorious light accessible for all who receive him as Savior.

As followers of Jesus, we carry this light with us, so we can share the hope this world needs.

The Story of Hanukkah is the Story of Today

The story of defeating darkness with the light is playing out in our world right now! As the Covid-19 virus blankets the world we can see a dark agenda infiltrating our lives. The players of the One World Government are using this virus as a way to topple our economy. If you don’t believe me just take a look at the World Economic Forum website and you will see their goals are to fundamentally change the world to fit their mold. They claim their goals will bring light to the world, but only darkness emerges.

Like the days of the evil ruler Antiochus Epiphanes, people are being bullied and silenced. Free speech is being censored. The world rulers tell us it’s ok to participate in pagan rituals such as abortion and homosexuality. They ask us to worship the planet through their Climate Change Agenda. Their goal is to penalize those who do not comply. Even the rules for worship are being infringed upon as we see churches being shut down. This reminds me of when Antiochus forbid the worship of God.

The World Economic Forum has a video with their Agenda 2030 goals. There have been some changes to it recently as people started getting wise to its true intentions. The original video touted the idea that “you will own nothing and you’ll be happy.” It also stated the United States would no longer be the superpower and only a handful of countries will dominate. In addition, it says eating meat will be an occasional treat. Fossil fuels will be history. The search for alien life will be in full swing. Western values will be a thing of the past. The video in its original form can be seen on this link if you are interested. The World Economic Forum says OUR SYSTEMS NEED A RESET. That’s exactly what Antiochus wanted to do- TO RESET THE JEWS- TO RESET WORSHIP- TO RESET WHO GOD IS. This is a reset of darkness.

The One World Government: One World Religion: One World Values

The leaders of the One World Government include but are not limited to: the United Nations, World Economic Forum, World Health Organization and the European Union. In the United States, the leaders of the Democratic Party support this agenda as well.

They are not interested in Jesus or following the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. In fact, they would prefer that you mesh into ONE RELIGION which is essentially THEIR RELIGION. Like Antiochus, who forbid the worship of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, they want you to worship their values, their ideas and their gods. Who are their gods? They think they are gods! They believe they will save the planet! They do not respect the Bible or believe in the God of the Bible so their agenda flies in the very face of the Almighty. Antiochus gave himself that last name of Epiphanes. Do you know why? Because Epiphanes means God Manifested. He considered himself God! Billionaires like George Soros and Bill Gates are no different because they see themselves as mankind’s saviors. Which brings me to my next point……..

The Covid-19 Vaccine is part of the One World Agenda

And what about the Covid-19 vaccine? Are you aware of the plan behind this? Are you aware of how this is all part of their agenda to control the world? No, this isn’t science fiction, but it sounds a lot like the story of Hanukkah. There’s a hidden agenda that must be brought out into the light.

I know most people think getting a vaccine is great. After all, there’s a virus that’s killing people. Keep in mind I am not saying there isn’t a virus that’s harming people. In fact, I know people who have lost family members. I am certainly not making light of anyone’s situation or experience with Covid-19. But the agenda behind the virus is very dark.

This vaccine has been created in less than a year and is tied to Big Pharma. The name of the game is making money and controlling the masses. The use of hydroxychloroquine to treat Covid-19 has been outlawed in many countries, including the United States. Why? Well for one reason IT’S CHEAP! Keep in mind that money is a key factor in this agenda. Also, hydroxychloroquine works. Why would that be a problem? Because then there is no need for a vaccine.

Doctors who try to voice their concerns are shut up or blacklisted. Here are a few websites you can check out. America’s Frontline Doctors is a great one, as well as Dr. Carrie Madej, who can be seen on lbry.tv. Many of Dr. Madej’s videos have been taken down by You Tube because they do not go along with the narrative. There are other doctors saying the same thing, but they are silenced by the media. My son’s pediatrician has not been blacklisted yet, thank goodness, but she blatantly told me “Do not get the Covid-19 vaccine.”

Astra-Zeneca, Moderna and Pfizer are the three companies developing vaccines for Covid-19.

The Pfizer Vaccine

Let’s take a closer look behind the curtain at the Pfizer vaccine first. This vaccine has been touted as safe and effective. But what’s actually in it? Well we know there’s two types of nano-lipid particles in the vaccine which are better known as polyethylene glycol. This is another way to describe hydrogel. Just so you know, this is a synthetic material that is allergenic in 70% of the population. This could manifest as an itch, feeling tired, inflammation or anaphylactic shock. Hydrogel is formulated so that it can be taken into the cells, including the organelles. This is also the first messenger RNA vaccine. Contrary to what the media has been saying, messenger RNA can be taken up into the DNA. This means it can become part of your genome. Even more concerning is that this hydrogel technology has an affinity for nervous system tissues. This means there could be many side effects to the nervous system. This could include seizures, migraines and much worse.

Another detail to consider is the temperature at which this Pfizer vaccine must be kept at. They need very cold temperatures to keep the vaccine’s messenger RNA stable. This would only be necessary when the components are biologically active.

The use of nanotechnology in a vaccine is suspect enough. The potential use of trackers and bio sensors that would compile data about your body is another issue to consider. All these things are tied to the vaccines and to the people who financially support their development. Bill Gates, who is a huge financial supporter of vaccines has a website called ID2020, which promotes a digital ID for everyone on the planet. Tie this into the Microsoft patent 060606 which allows people to earn cryptocurrency based on physical activity. There are sensors in the person’s phone, computer or wearable device which verify certain tasks have been completed. I’m sorry, but that sounds a lot like the social score system of communist china. Wake up people! These vaccines are a doorway to an evil agenda that just needs a little crack to get in. For more information read this article from Intercessors for America.

In the story of Hanukkah, there was a totalitarian agenda that desecrated the Temple. This agenda forced people to comply with Greek pagan customs, even if it violated personal freedom. The agenda behind this vaccine bears the same markers– force people to comply, even if it causes bodily harm and violates personal liberty. I don’t know if this vaccine will be forced on people, but I am sure there will be a lot of pressure to take it. People could lose their jobs, their ability to travel, or be unable to attend school or shop in certain stores. All of this because they choose to refuse the dark agenda that is forced upon them.

On November 10, I read several articles that stated the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine was ready to go. They claimed it was 95% effective. After reading the articles, I had an awful feeling in the pit of my stomach. I immediately felt led to pray. I prayed for over an hour. I told the Lord I did not feel peace about the vaccine and the agenda behind it.

Later that evening something crazy happened. Out of the blue my husband tells me we need to give some “medicine” to our palm trees.

“We need to do what?” I asked.

“We need to use these syringes to give a shot to the trees,” he said.

In my head I immediately thought, “Do you mean we need to give a vaccine to the trees?”

My husband proceeded to take out the syringe, which he filled up with the medicine. This medicine is supposed to prevent diseases in palm trees.

When we went outside it was just starting to get dark.

I asked,” Why are we doing this in the dark? We won’t be able to see very well.”

My husband stated it needed to be done and there was a timetable. I tried to argue, but my husband insisted the time was now to give the trees the medicine.

We preceded to inject each of our nine palm tree trunks with this medicine. We had to drill a hole in the tree trunk first and then place a little capsule inside. We then placed the needle into the capsule so the medicine could go into the trunk.

Interestingly enough every single time we tried to inject the medicine into the tree we would meet resistance. The medicine would squirt out of the syringe or it wouldn’t go into the tree trunk. My husband became very frustrated and couldn’t figure out why the medicine wouldn’t go into the tree smoothly.

As I watched this happening I had an overwhelming feeling in my spirit. The medicine was squirting out. It wasn’t going into the tree. Something was wrong.

I felt like the Holy Spirit was saying, “Resist the Covid-19 vaccine. It’s an agenda of darkness.”

I looked around and realized it was completely dark outside. I looked at the syringe in my hand and I knew. The dark agenda behind the Covid-19 vaccine must come out into the light so people know the truth.

Somehow we were able to get some of the medicine into the trees. Here is a picture of the nodules/capsules that were put into the trees. I took the picture the next morning when it was light out. It just happened to be November 11, or 11-11 as a date. It reminded me of the eleventh hour. The eleventh hour is the very last moment before it’s too late.

I read the information that came with the tree medicine and one particular thing stood out. It said trees do not have the ability to heal wounds. At that moment I wondered if possible damage caused by the Covid-19 vaccine could be healed. What kinds of wounds could it cause?

The thing to remember is there can be side effects that may not come to light until years from now. A vaccine may seem safe but then years later people can end up with all sorts of problems that can’t be tied to the vaccine. They may end up with inflammatory conditions, neurological problems, cancer and who knows what else. This vaccine has not been tested for years. There’s no evidence it’s safe over long periods of time. Years from now we will have no way to tell if conditions that materialize are related to the vaccine.

If you decide to take the vaccine it should be YOUR CHOICE. No one should be forced to do it. This is a free country and we should be free to decide what’s injected into our bodies. Also consider the latest numbers from the CDC as of December 8: Total cases– 14,636,914. Total deaths– 281,253.

Let’s do the math: This translates into a 0.019 death rate. When rounded this is a 2% death rate. I’m not making light of those 281,253 deaths. I know those deaths have devastated people in our nation. But are we willing to be injected by a possible poison that can alter our genome for a 2% death rate???? Does that make sense? Also, the numbers are likely much less than what’s listed on the CDC because the Covid tests are not always accurate.

Sadly these vaccines are also linked to money. Just so you know, Pfizer is ranked at 57th on the 2018 Fortune 500 list of largest United States corporations by total revenue.

Moving on to the other companies creating the vaccine, let’s look at Moderna and Astra-Zeneca. What’s scary about the Moderna vaccine is that they are not listing any information on the ingredients. They are keeping this under lock and key, or out of the light. The Astra-Zeneca vaccine uses aborted fetal cells, and a chimpanzee virus that’s been linked to HIV and cancer.

Keep in mind that these vaccines have been developed so quickly that the usual animal protocols and timelines have been bypassed. Generally you must study the affects of vaccines for years because you must see the long term effects within the animal populations. You cannot skip this step as you will never pick up patterns that are only seen over time.

These companies, by the way, are exempt from any legal ramifications if there are injuries to the people taking the vaccine! Talk about darkness! They basically get off scott-free, even if the vaccine is harmful and/or defective.

Even if we could say these vaccines are safe, we must ponder other questions. Ask yourself what God thinks about vaccines that are made using aborted fetal cells and tissue? How can we justify supposedly curing viruses through the deaths of innocent children? How can we take vaccines that may change the way our DNA functions when we know God is the creator of our DNA? How can we take vaccines that are linked to people like Bill Gates who have no respect for God as creator? Bill Gates has said that our planet needs population control. He has put billions into genetically modified food products.

It’s scary when we realize what people are willing to do for peace and safety.

I imagine during the time of Antiochus Epiphanes this was the mindset of many. I can picture Antiochus saying, “For your peace and safety give up your God. For your peace and safety, give up the Word of God. Let man be your peace and safety.”

Here’s what scripture says about that in 1 Thessalonians 5: 3-8:

“While people are saying, “Peace and safety,” destruction will come upon them suddenly, like labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.

But you, brothers, are not in the darkness so that this day should overtake you like a thief. For you are all sons of the light and sons of the day; we do not belong to the night or to the darkness. So then, let us not sleep as the others do, but let us remain awake and sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night; and those who get drunk, get drunk at night. But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and the helmet of our hope of salvation.”

Notice it says when people are saying “peace and safety” destruction will come upon them. This means the things we see as being good can actually be bad. When we trust man to solve our problems instead of Jesus we will certainly be harmed. In the future, the Antichrist will tell people to follow him so they can live in “peace and safety”. He will even institute a “peace treaty.” But his whole agenda is to control the world and force people to take HIS MARK. This mark will likely be a medical mark that alters the DNA of those taking it. This is how they will be permanently linked to him.

No, I’m not saying this particular Covid-19 vaccine is the mark. I repeat: I do not think this Covid-19 vaccine is the mark of the beast. We are not in the Tribulation and therefore, it cannot be the mark. However, you can see the stage being set. The players of the One World Government are operating in the shadows of the Antichrist. This means they are getting things prepared. Like Antiochus, who instituted a radical, anti-God agenda, the Antichrist government will do the same. The Antichrist will go a step further in that he will require a mark tied to him.

But those who have the blood of the Lamb- the blood of Jesus Christ -do not need to worry. They are marked by Jesus’ blood and are the Bride that belongs to him. They will be raptured before the evil agenda can come to its fullness. The blood of the Passover Lamb covers our forehead and hands. We can see this promise as we read about the first Passover observance in Exodus 13: 9-10.

“This observance will be for you like a sign on your hand and a reminder on your forehead that this law of the Lord is to be on your lips. For the Lord brought you out of Egypt with his mighty hand. You must keep this ordinance at the appointed time year after year.”

Jesus brought us out of Egypt so we could receive his marvelous light and so evil rulers like Antiochus and the leaders of the One World Government cannot touch us with their darkness.

Maybe this all seems hopeless.

What can we do?

For starters, we have to look at the facts and see the light. But more than anything, we must SEE THE LIGHT AND RECEIVE THE LIGHT. The light is Jesus Christ- THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD.

Even the name of this virus- the CORONA virus– reminds us to look to Jesus for our peace and safety. The word corona means CROWN. Well, there is only ONE KING WHO WEARS THE CROWN AND ONLY ONE KING WHO CAN SAVE US.

JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH, whose name means THE BRANCH. This Hanukkah season take a look at the beautiful light of the menorah and its branches. Remind yourself that Jesus is the light and he is the one who will protect and guide us- not a vaccine or the plans of the One World Government.

I’ve got news for the evil schemers of this world. The light defeats the darkness and those who follow the Light of the World will defeat their Satanic plans.

Matthew 5 speaks to us as believers:

 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.  Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.  In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

See the light. Share the Light. Be the Light as you radiate the truth and love of Jesus Christ, who is the Light of the World.
